Do you need a particular type/thickness of fleece?

Does it need to be serged, or can I just cut and go?

Do you have a size that works best in your NB vs. OS?

I think the thinner the fleece, the better.  Fleece doesn't run, so it's a new sew project.  I used a doubler as my template.  It fits both NB and OS.

I do not sew them I just cut and fold.

Thanks, especially for saying no sewing was required!  I also like the idea of using a doubler as a template.  Perhaps it will be this weekend's porject.  How many do you find you need?
