Hey ladies! WOW, I have slacked.... Oh, well. Weekends are the worst for me. I just want to relax and I shredding is not relaxing! Well, after I am done I always feel fantastic, but getting up the motivation is not. So TODAY I am back to it! L1 today, and hopefullly L2 the rest of the week.
How are all the shredders out there doing?

I made it through D5L1 yesterday (!) with plans to keep going. Yay! I was surprised by how sore my legs were after day 2 - Wow! - but it's mostly subsided now. My only concern is that I have some shoulder issues from an old injury and my chiropractor told me not to do push-ups...Oh well - I'm throwing that advice out the window for now (shhhhhh!) and doing girl pushups.
