    Ouch. I ended up taking sudafed to dry out quicker.. It did help the pain. GL

    Ugh I remember that terrible terrible pain!  I feel for you and hope it passes quick!

    As crazy as it sounds cold cabbage leaves were my best friend while weaning.  Also, I finally had to give in and pump when it hurt to move my arms after a few days, lol.  I was afraid it would re-start my supply but it actually helped with the pain and never had to pump again.
