glider question

I know people have posted about this before, but I wanted to know how many people got the glider with the gliding ottoman?  I have seen pictures of a glider chair with just a regular ottoman, and I am wondering if that works just as well.

 I didn't have a great glider last time, and there were so many nights, I wished we had spent the money on a better one........so this time, that is my big splurge item....so I am going big on this one!!!!

The glider I got has a gliding ottoman that came with the chair and I really like it.  Mine is a pretty inexpensive one from baby depot and a coupon, but if you are going to go all out, I would look into the ones that glide but also can lock.  When I was looking into them it seemed like a lot of people like the feature of a locking chair and ottoman.  Let us know which one you go with!
