Asthma anyone?

So DD was crying friday around 1am. It wasnt her normal cry, when I went to her room her breathing was shallow and raspy. I had never seen her do it before. So my motherly instinct was this isint good. I was going to wait for her Dr to come in at 8am but I just couldnt. My baby's chest was caving in when she inhale. Poor thing was giving her lungs a workout. ER Dr said it waS an asthma attack. Gave her a pump and she is on steroids for 4days. I was super scared and in tears. Ladies always go with your 1st instinct. She is doing ok now but I still need to give her a couple puffs of the meds.

Good catch, Mama. So glad she's doing well and you caught it early. Now you know. Thank goodness you were alert and aware.
