Infertility Veterans

::arrives fashionably late::

Hi, girls....I had no idea about this board!  See what a hiatus from the bump can do to a girl?!  Never again :)

Update on me - just finished my last 25mg of clomid last night (took cd 3-7) and will take follistim tomorrow night...then in for an ultrasound, Monday am.  IUI later in the week (first medicated iui).

I haven't had a 2ww since July, so it should be a good test of my sanity, when it comes.

Things I'm doing differently after failed IUI and a failed ER...accupuncture (not sure how I got through life before it), baby aspirin, and really trying hard to avoid sugars and lots of carbs.

Anyway...just wanted to say hi and give a little update.  I've been lurking here and there but obviously not enough to realize this board was up and running (although I did notice the IF board was sloooooow)!

TTC since May 2009 - DOR (ovarian cancer) DE w RBA December 2011 - transferred one embryo 12/14 - three frosties Beta #1 - 129 (12/22) Beta #2 - ? (12/26)

  • Welcome back. Here's the definition we're hoping to have up soon, in case you missed the back and forth.

    Infertility Veterans (not IF6M+)

    Regardless of where you are in your journey, IF Veterans is a forum for those with an active (6 month+) history on the IF board and an established connection to the IF community (IF, PAIF, and SAIF). Support, compassion, and humor encouraged.

    This board deals with the emotional aspects of an extended IF history. Visit Infertility for general information and questions about your treatment.

    If you get bored, there's lots of drama early on too.
