DS is an eating MACHINE!

He eats 2-3 "meals" a day but has AT LEAST two of the stage 2 jars (4oz ea) at each meal!  And even then, when you put the spoon down, he SOBS!  He has about 24oz of formula throughout the day too!  He is not overweight...is in the 90+ percentile for height and weight but is proportionate.

Anyone else's LO eating this much?

My son too! I just answered in the last post about food, but Asher eats 6-8oz of food three times a day and takes 30-32 oz of formula. But this child is on the go all day long. Crawling, climbing, cruising...he is crazy!

Well thank goodness I'm not the only one!  I keep reading on here that, Oh I gave my LO 2 tablespoons of this or that... Mine would think his throat had been cut if I only gave him 2 tablespoons!  lol

I can relate! Asher "screams" at me if I don't keep feeding him. He is bonkers! We are both going to have large grocery bills in about 15 years!

DS is a little younger, but I think the same thing too.

He's polish off 2 tablespoons in one bite.  If I'm not quick enough with the food, he whines with his mouth open and his arms flapping.

Yes!

DS has 4-5 tbs cereal and 4oz fruit for breakfast. 2 - 4oz jars for lunch. and an 8oz + 4oz jars for dinner. On top of 22-24 oz of formula. I thought we were the only ones eating this much on here.

Phew. I was worried seeing that last post about how much food others are eating. My LO doesn't eat as much as what you describe, but he definitely easily polishes off 4oz jars at one sitting. I've resisted feeding him more because I'm afraid I'm going to make him sick. He could definitely keep going, particularly with his preferred fruits and with sweet potatoes.

Totally! Felix eats 2 Wheetbix with fruit for breakfast, about 8 ozs food for lunch and 10 - 12ozs for dinner. He also has 4 BFs and he isn't even crawling yet!
