weird bedrest question

Do you have to lay on your back the whole time on bedrest? I usually lay on my side or stomach. It would be a shame to mess up my rockstar because I wasn't on my back the whole time.

Re: weird bedrest question

  • First, congrats on our perfect embie! Second, I layed on my back and my sides. My nurse said to lay however is comfortable but to try and not move around very much. I hope bedrest is going well for you. I stayed at my parent's house as well. Nothing better than mama taking care of you!! :)

  • I believe as long as you're horizontal that's all that matters! :) When we did our DE IVF my RE never said anything about staying on my back.. so I'm sure laying on your side or tummy is just fine. Smile

  • My re says "couch potato". I don't have to be laying down the whole time I just can't be moving around.
