I'm such a goon that when I hit 11 weeks i went and bought a lime and laid it on the kitchen island just so i could look at it once in a while. Only pregnancy could make fruit a sentimental experience.

I mentioned this to my mom and she said..."What kind of lime?  Are we talking a regular lime or a key lime?"  Now all I can think of is key lime pie!

You are so close to gettting over that first trimester hump!  Good for you!  Funny thing is every week I read about how big my baby is I crave the food immediately. Blueberries, then raspberries and then I read ahead to week 9 to see olive and I ate half a jar of olives!

I have totally thought about going out and buying a lime.  I keep holding up my fingers, imagining the size!  YAY limes!  The countdown to the peach is on!  T-13 days and counting!!

I'm pretty excited to see that lime there! Every week I see that ticker change is another week my little baby is hanging on in there. Although, according to my most recent doctor appointment, I may not quite be a lime yet. We may have to bump my due date up to the 10th or 11th, which means I might still be an ugly prune.
