Chipped filling?

I just noticed that one of my old metal fillings has a pretty bad chunk out of it.  Obviously nothing can be done about it until Monday, but do you have an idea of what they'll do?  Just fill in the spot, or take the old one out and completely replace it since it's the old style?

They'll probably take it out and replace.

My old ones have started falling out because they only last so long.  They do a crown on that tooth.  I need a couple done now actually.  Just went to the dentist on Monday.
