Aveeno Eczema cream - bad for anyone else?

Everyone swears by the Aveeno Eczema cream (and soap) for baby acne even though it's for eczema. People say it cleared their LO's skin within a couple days. I was so excited to get it because A has had horrible baby acne that comes and goes. We used it one time, and it made it so much worse (didn't think it was possible)! I quit using it, and his skin got a little bit better. Over the past few days, it has really cleared up - until today. I decided to just try the lotion without the soap - same thing! I'm assuming it's an allergic reaction to something? I don't know. Has anyone else had a bad experience with it?

I heard Aveeno products were also good. But if you didn't see my previous post about baby acne, another mom recommended California Baby's Calendula creme. it's in the baby section with the lotions at Target and Babies r us. They say it's for all kinds of skin issues. Brayson had some bad acne, now....it's all gone.
