double snap and go stroller

Do you have one for your twins, how helpful is it and how often do you use it? I am not sure if this is the best route to go or not i just want peoples opinions

Re: double snap and go stroller

  • We considered one, but after reading tons of reviews, decided against it.  A friend offered us a Graco DuoGlider for free that we will use for the first few months after that we will just use our double jogger.

Lots of people seem to love the DSNG though.

  • It's the only stroller we use right now. We also hae a BOB duallie and I'm saving for a BJ City Select for later.

  • Love it!  Mine 7 months and we are still using it.
  • We used it for the first 6 months and it worked great for us. It was nice to move them right from the car into the stroller
  • It has worked well for us so far.  I like that it was a good cheaper option for the beginning, and then I had time to look for and research side by side and other strollers that I could use once they were older.

  • I use mine all the time, if I have just the twins, or if someone is with me to help with my toddler.   Otherwise, I use the valco for all 3.    I think it is extremely helpful to have and easy to use.
  • awesome & try to find on Craig's list for 1/2 price.
  • I basically didn't give my husband a choice, and he fought me tooth and nail about it.

One day, he looked at me and said "I'm only going to say this once.  You were right - this was a great idea."

We used ours all the time.

  • We got ours for $15 from DH's coworker.  It's great to just pop the babies out of the car and into the stroller.  It's also very lightweight and easy to get in/out of the car.

It drives like crap, and, had I known about the Baby Jogger City Select when I was PG, I would have just gotten that with the car seat adapters.  Now that mine are 4 months old, I don't want to spend money on the car seat adapters so, depending on what we are doing, we either take the DSNG or we have to take them out of car seats and put them in the stroller.

  • The DSNG is hard as he!! to steer, you can't do it one handed unless you lift the back wheels up and it's heavy. It's great to have though because we don't have to take sleeping babies out of carseats to go shopping or be out and about.

Today was one day I hated my DSNG and that's because I was by myself grocery shopping with the twins and my toddler and I had to push the stroller and pull the heavy a$$ cart.

Or a garage sale...I got mine for $40.  Use it all the time right now and will until they out grow their car seats.  It is great for when they fall asleep in the car, you can transfer them to stroller mode and they don't even wake up.  My only negative is that it is really long and akward to manuver in tight places sometimes but you're going to find that with any double stroller I guess.

  • LOVED ours.  I used it until 7 months, and then their feet were getting squashed and we had to move to a side by side.  I was very, very sad to see it go.  The basket underneath was great.

I completely disagree that it's hard to steer one handed.  I did it all the time.  I would push the stroller and pull a cart at BRU, Target, etc.
