    I have Iplay swim trunks (board shorts) with a built in swim diaper and really like them.

    Usually just a lurker here but just wanted to say, I have a pair of these and love them! But at home all we use is an empty pocket diaper in a smaller size than what LO is at the time, works great!

    I just got a Charlie Banana swim diaper in the mail.  I haven't used it yet, but it seems like it'd work really well and I bought it based off good reviews.
