Up .6. But in light of the cookies this past weekend, the sweet potato fries last night, and AF, is it really any surprise?
I leave for Hawaii on Sunday and I am not quite where I wanted to be but it's entirely my own doing. But I am not in it for the short term goal. I am in it for the long term change so I am a little more forgiving of it taking a while.
Right now my preferred exercise is typing on the interwebs. I am still trying to figure out how to get in good physical activity with two young kids and a husband who travels. It just has not been a priority for me at all.
I lost a pound and I was not expecting that so yay!
Qotw: I love step aerobics and Zumba, but don't have time to do either right now with my running schedule. I also like running between 3 and 5 miles. Longer than that, not so much.
I am up a total of 3 or 4 from a month ago. My favorite exercise is anything when my workout buddy is there. I am much more motivated when I have a partner. Thank goodness my bff is training for a 5k! She helps get me moving. Today we went to the local HS track and walked 1.25 miles and then did sets of bleachers. It was a pain (the bleachers) but worth it.
Moesten, I have to literally write going into the gym into my week. I even meal plan to have leftovers or something DH can cook on the nights I do. I also try to go on weekends.
I've lost the 2 I gained last week, but I'm sure I could gain them back just as easily. I've been writing everything down and today I walked with Cameron for a little over a mile, it felt great.
I like the Wii or things that trick my body to thinking I'm not working out. I've yet to try zumba yet.
Up 2. But I will admit that I have not done a single thing to lose weight in 6 weeks or so. I need to get back on the wagon, start running again, stop eating out, and eliminate alcohol completely. All the things that were working well for me before. Stress and now vacation have made me overindulgent.
Running and walking are my favorites. I can do those right here in my neighborhood, and no equipment needed. I find it particularly difficult to make it to classes consistently. I still want to try Zumba.
I am avoiding the scale. I'm super bloated and I've eaten like crap the last week so I'm just sticking my head in the sand.
Exercise - I love to hate spinning. I also enjoy team sports. I want to start running, I just need the weather to stay nice for a few days to motivate me.

I was down 0.2 so, at least it is still going down!
I am liking the elliptical these days.

I'm up .4, but last weekend I didn't write a single thing down and paid for it.
When I can get to the gym, I like the elliptical and strength training.

I was down 1 lb. Not great but not complaining.
As far as exercise...I hate it!!! I'm still avoiding it.
