6 weeks PP bummer

I went to my 6 week postpartum checkup yesterday. My OB started by saying I was good to go for exercise and sex. THEN she looked at my vag. "Hmm... you might want to hold off for another week or two..."

Anyone else get denied?

Of course first thing DH asks about when he got home.

Yup, scar tissue from tear wasn't healed yet.

I was told the same... the stitches from my tear weren't fully healed AND she ended up cauterizing the area where it was raw to speed up the healing -- did that sting! she told me no sex and she wanted to see me back in 2 weeks (end of next week). DH was disappointed to hear that he's got to wait it out a while longer...
