  • I'm looking forward to getting back to a workout routine. Plus, nursing helped me lose so much weight last time ... I'm looking forward to that, too!

    My goal is to train for a half marathon after baby -- and hopefully a marathon before his first birthday. But I know a number of women who went back to their exercise routine too soon (and too vigorously) and ran into some medical issues ... so I will wait the recommended six weeks and take it slow.
