XP: Need input on Baby Shower game

In two weeks I'm hosting a baby shower for my SIL.  We will probably have 30-40 guests (All of my aunts and cousins).  I thought it would be fun to do a "Who's the Baby Game?" but most showers I've been to people don't bring their baby pictures when asked. 

I am the oldest of 12 children and everyone in attendance knows all my siblings.  So I thought I would do the game with baby pictures of my siblings, baby pictures of my parents, and a baby picture of my SIL.  Then whoever guessed the most number of pictures correctly wins.  To increase the difficulty I could include a few pictures of the attendees that I have in my photo archives. 

Thoughts?  Would the guests feel weird if it was just my family they were trying to guess?  Do you think the game would be too easy?

I think it's fine.  I think 15 photos is plenty.  If you had all 30-40 guests actually submit pictures that would be a really long-winded game.

another idea (and maybe its been suggested, i didnt look at replies!) is to get 10 photos of the mother to be - at various ages and have people guess how old she was in each photo. and person with most correct wins
