IVF update

I went in again for monitoring this morning and I had a lot of follies measuring in the 12-14 range and a few measuring in the 15-16 range. After the 5th follie, I stopped counting when she was calling out the measurements.  RE assured me that my estrogen levels are steadily climbing as they should and there is no reason for concern.  I am to continue on the same dosage of Lupron (10 units) and same of Follistim (225 units 1x day) unless I get a call  telling me otherwise and I have to go back in for monitoring tomorrow morning.  I know I am getting close...I'm assuming I will trigger tomorrow or Saturday.  I am still so completely nervous about all of this.

    Good luck! I'm sure it is all very nerve-wracking, but you will do just fine :) I hope you have a great monitoring appointment tomorrow.....I'm looking forward to your update!

    Feb 18: FET #1 (medicated) = BFN
    Mar 18: FET #2 (natural cycle) = CP (beta 1: 54; beta 2: 0)
    Apr 18: FET #3 (natural cycle) = cancelled due to missed ovulation
    Apr 18: FET #3 (natural cycle) = BFP! Beta 1: 201  Beta 2: 585 Beta 3: 3254 Beta 4: 9715 U/S 19May - one bean measuring on track with a HB of 125!

    Sounds like it is going really well.  I am excited for you!  And it is totally normal to feel nervous about all of this.  It is definitely a lot to go through.  Good luck!

    TTC #2, Operative hysteroscopy March 2011; IVF #1 long lupron protocol April 2011-cancelled due to poor response; IVF #2 flare protocol May 2011=hospitalization due to abdominal hemorrhage during ER and no fert due to MFI issues. Moving onto international adoption from Moldova January 2013!

    Sounds like things are progressing nicely!!  I understand ur nerves!!  I am nervous about going to the bank to try to get a loan and I am nervous about starting my first IVF cycle!  GL tomorrow at your next check!!!
