Well I'm FINALLY being discharged today. Doc is going to do some sonic wave procedure to break up the stone. I am so excited to go home to mj. My mom has been watching him and she said he looks around like he's trying to find me. For those who've never had a kidney stone let me tell you the pain was as bad as labor.my poor DH didn't know what to do for me to help the pain. Can't believe some 4mm thing could cause so much agony. But after 11:00 it'll all be over. YAY!! I also can't wait to be off the dam morphine/toradol and whatever other meds I've been odd. Its painful to go through the work of pumping just to dump it down the drain.

i feel your pain! i had a kidney stone while i was pregnant. so painful!! glad you get to be released! =]

I'm so glad you're felling better I had stones in college two different times and they were awful mine were 3mm (the ones i had a CT to image) but I was able to pass them without intervention but was miserable. Are they going to send you to a urologist to check into what cause them to decrease the risk of a second occurrence?  I had to after my 2nd occurrence basically my probably was my college diet of mountain dew, coffee, and very little water.  But they were also other things that could cause stones.

You poor thing! Ive never had a stone but I had a kidney infection and that was horrible. My mom had 2 stones that took 6 laser treatments to break up and get rid of, it was awful.
