giving medicine

My two yr old can't stand taking medicine.  Not even good tasting stuff like cherry tylenol.  Any tips?  She can taste it even when I mix it with other stuff1

Bribery.  Have a cup of cold water & a small treat right there to 'wash it down' with.  I've never hidden medicines- it's just part of life sometimes that they have to take them & I'm lucky that my kids have never put up a fuss.  I do bribe for other reasons, however!

I mostly don't give it to her (b/c she just refuses and I figure whatever.  it's rare that she truly needs them).  The very odd time it's essential (abx, basically) I mix it with chocolate sauce and put it on icecream.
