AAARRRGGHHH!!

Not really a question, more of a rant. I love my doctor but her office staff is completely incompetent. They have never in 4 years successfully billed my insurance correctly and the don't return calls. They did blood work to check my progesterone and HCG last Friday and told me they would have it back on Monday. Did they call me Monday? Of course not. Oh, this is not my first go round on this ride either. It's now Wednesday and after waiting patiently and now numerous phone calls I STILL have no idea what my test results were and I'm kind of starting to freak out a little. AARRGHH!!! So frustrating!

    I completely understand where you're coming from. I had an endocrinologist whose staff was terrible. He was amazing, but at the time I was going through a lot of medical crap and they mishandled a lot of stuff. Even though I loved the doctor, I ended up having to switch practices because they messed so much stuff up.

    Get a different doctor if you can...I feel your pain...same issue with my endocrinologist.  Keeping her until I can find another!  When I went to see her last week, she hadn't even reviewed my chart (which I would think is important since you only go 1-2 a year) and remembered nothing about me --- AND I called frantically when I found out I was preg. and scheduled an appt. to discuss...she had no idea when she walked in the room! 

    I hope you can find a Dr. that will make you feel more comfortable!>
