Tell me about Kawaii diapers

Just popping over from the November board.  We use mostly BG 3.0 and 4.0 dipes (and the occasional prefold).  I'm loooking to add to my stash.  I really love my BG, but I'm wondering how the Kawaii diapers compare.  Looks like the same basic idea for cheaper (and in fun patterns!).  Just wondering if they are as good as the BG.  TIA!

We mainly have BG's, and love them too, but I've recently gotten a few Kawaii's.  I really like the snap crossover tab style with the micro fleece.  The quality seems really good, great absorbency and they fit ds really well.  We have 1 aplix and I'm not a fan of that diaper.  I know it should basically be the same, aside from snap vs aplix, but it seems too big around the legs for him and sags a lot.   I know others really like them though.

I have yet to use mine, but the quality seems comparable to other brands (BG, blueberry, etc) that I have in my stash. The bamboo are super soft and of course the colors are a great bonus.

I just recently bought some w/aplix to replace our BG 3.0's, which DS is outgrowing.  I like that they have lots of room -- he is 30+ lbs and we still snap down a level on the Kawaiis.  The laundry tab placement is off on some of ours, so I'm going to buy some extra loops and just make removable ones.  The internal flap for the pocket on the Heavy Duty is strange, but nothing that would turn me away from them.  All in all, we're very satisfied.
