I'm an aunt of triplets!

Many of you may already know this information as we've been active on FB, but for those who don't I just have to announce their birth as I'm such a proud aunt!

I flew to Hawaii on Tuesday last week and the triplets were delivered as scheduled on Thursday! My sister was 36 weeks and had 3 big, beautiful boys! All were 19 inches long.

Alexander Louis- 5 lbs. 12 oz

Benjamin Graham-5 lbs. 7 oz

Jack Elton-5 lbs 6 oz.

They all got to come home on Sunday morning (that we WEREN'T expecting!) and my sister has been breastfeeding like a rock star!!! She pretty much just stays in bed and her husband and I bring her babies, food, etc.

Thanks for all your nice comments and thoughts on FB. Not sure when I'll be able to check in here again. I'm staying here to help for 2 more weeks!

Congratulations proud Auntie! I have been fascinated by your updates and photos. The triplets are just beautiful and wow... triplets! So amazing! They are such a good size, too. Keep the updates and photos coming and enjoy Hawaii when you can

Wow! My ONE boy wasn't even 19 inches long! He was 18.75", so there's no way I could imagine having 2 more of those in there. Congrats and I hope you and your sister enjoy this amazing time!

My sister and her husband have been here for almost 8 years, so yeah, getting up there! Jeff is a researcher and studies the moon, which is apparently a good place to see it, so that's what brought them here. They were married here as well, which is what gave me the idea!

And no kidding! I thought one baby BFing was going to break me & she has triplets!! Wow! Good for her being such a rockstar!!

Big congrats! Such wonderful news that there we no complications with the birth or afterwards! What a blessing! And kudos to your sis for not only carrying them so long but for also breastfeeding them now that they're here. I cannot even imagine! She must have nips of steel! I bow down to her!

wow, this is so amazing on so many fronts.... not only did she have triplets but she made it to 36 weeks and carried over 17 lbs of babies in her belly! she is a rock star just for that

but i am so glad to hear that BFing is going well for her too. gosh i can't imagine BFing 3 babies all at once...she must feel like a cow (not saying that in a bad way - just saying i know i felt that way with just one!!!)
