My boys just wore dressy outfits (DS1 in a white polo and khakis, DS2 in a blue/white gingham collared one-piece).
DD could wear the gown my sisters and I wore or we could get her something of her own. My mom also mentioned making something out of her wedding gown.
Re: What did your DD wear for her baptism/dedication/christening?
I bought DD two dresses and let her pick the day of.
One was a white pillow case dress with her initials on the front and the other was a PBK all white (Easter?) dress (its long past sold out, I got the last size 3T and it fit a little small). She was almost 4 for the baptism and it was in August. It had cute little eyelets but was layered, sleved and had a bow in the back...I don't have a picture here and can't get on photobucket. She wore the PBK one.
I think it would be neat to have one made, I thought about that with the kids but there wasn't enough time. I love gowns for NBs and little babies. All of mine were older when they were baptized.

DD - December 2008
A plain white dress I got from Hannah Andersson. I'm just not really a fan of the fancier gowns.
If you don't want to get a gown, they had really pretty simple white cotton dresses at Target when I was there today.

I bought a dress from strasburg.
It was similar to this, but not exactly the same.
