Unisom and B6 for m/s

Hey gals! I have noticed a lot of ladies complaining of terrible 27/7 morning sickness, and I wanted to share what my Dr. has me doing. I am taking 1/2 of a unisom pill every night along with 50 mg of B6 vitamin. And then another B6 in the morning. This seems to have really helped me, as the one time I have vomited from m/s was the day after I forgot my uni+B6. I would suggest giving this a try, or asking your Dr. about it. Good luck!

Also- I am not free from m/s, but it is tolerable as I am not throwing up, and just have the nausea off and on throughout the morning and afternoon.
