I did, but feel funny, and I guess guilty. Like please decorate my baby's room. lol Are you putting it on? I thought we could get a discount with the completion coupon if nobody purchases. I could also put it on after, because I moved my event date up a few weeks. Thoughts? What are you ladies going to do? Also, the set really can't be used until he's a toddler right? I figure I am just going to hang the blanket on the wall, and buying a breathable bumper seperate anyway. I probably will never use the diaper stacker, and bumper. I love the design, but they do not sell seperates. I love the design, but its only available at BRU for $189.
Re: Are you, have you put your bedding set on the registry?

I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929
I plan to...less money out of our pocket. If no one gets it for us, that's fine...we will still get the discount with Babies R Us.
It's worth a shot!
We aren't but only because we won't be telling anyone the gender until our Shower, and I do want a gender specific nursery. However, I did have to ask my mother not to buy a bedding set because I explained that I wanted to decorate the nursery myself.... she had just found a "really good deal" but... I'm holding out on that, I really do want to do that just me and DH.
I might not do a full set since I've been reading about the pieces you don't need- but I did put two gender neutral crib sheets on my registry, since regardless I will need "backups"!
This.
Even if you haven't actually purchased it yet, mark it as bought. People really like to see what you've chosen. Especially if they want to buy or make you something not on your registry. It gives them a great idea of colors and themes.
I didn't with DD since it is was pricey and I didn't want to have items in that price range on my registry. I just bought it myself. But that was just my preference. Lots of my friends and family do and I have no problem with it. In fact it's a good "group gift".
ETA: Also I bought it from a specialty web site and not a store, so it was a moot point anyway.
