Honestly, I'm not sure, because by that point I couldn't see the bottom of my belly. I suppose I could have rigged up a couple mirrors, but I preferred to just ignore the problem.

I don't have any yet. At my last appointment, my doctor said that because of the way I'm growing, she doesn't think I'll get any on the front of my stomach. She said IF I get them they will be on the sides of my hips. I am hanging onto that IF and hoping she knows what she's talking about!
I got a few on my hips (that skin is now on my outer butt cheeks since my hips went back down) around 30 weeks. I got one on my stomach, on the top hole of my belly button piercing around 25 weeks or so. I didn't get a single other mark on my stomach... until 2 days before I delivered. Soooo annoying, but at least it wasn't worse so I'm thankful for that.

So far I got one on my old belly button piercing hole too. I actually got it with my daughter but now it is a little longer. Have some on my hips from before as well. I am hoping it doesn't get too bad. We shall see.

My mom has terrible stretch marks from just carrying singletons, and my taller twin mommy friends had long bellies with no stretch marks. I, on the other hand, grew straight out. By the end it looked like I was smuggling the wirld's largest watermelon under my shirt. I think I was 49" around when I delivered at 38.5 weeks.
I had the boys at 37 weeks 4 days and I do Not have any stretch marks. Although I only gained 24 1/2 pounds so I didnt stretch that much. Also I know they say it doesnt matter but I used Palmers Cocoa Butter like crazy!!!!
I thought I had escaped them. But, I got them last week at 36 weeks and keep getting more. I have a short torso since I'm about 5'2 and I'm carrying good sized babies (they were 6 1/2 pounds at 34 weeks) and I've gained about 55 lbs, all in my belly, so my stomach is pretty stretched out!
If there is a silver lining to having 30 weekers it might be no stretch marks and no twin skin...this belly will be bikini ready in no time! That being said, I'd have traded the saggiest twin skin and the reddest stretch marks if that meant I could have avoided this whole NICU crap. In fact I kinda feel cheated that I never got "Huge."

Re: How many weeks were you when your stretch marks showed up?
Mine came around 22 weeks. They got much redder by 30 weeks which sucks

I think it has to do with genetics and height.
