Molars - the first set

It's been a long time since I had a kid cutting molars.  Justin was a pretty good teether, I never actually knew when he cut any of his 8 molars if you can believe that.

So Tyler is cutting his first one.  Two of the points are through so we still have a ways to go.

Do most kids cut one at a time, or have you noticed two at a time, or maybe even all four?  I suppose every kid is different, but what is your experience?

Brady cut all four at once this past summer/early fall.  He was a great teether, but he was definitely more crabby with the molars, and it seemed like they took FOREVER!  I hope Mr. Tyler gets it over with quickly for you and without much fussiness.

DD cut the bottom 2 together, then the last 2 came in one at a time.  She was a mess through some of it and it took a good 6 weeks or so for all 4 to pop.  I hope they come through smoothly for Tyler!

CJ all 4 of his molars at the same time right after his first birthday. Man those teeth are HUGE. He was a great teether but I do remember a few nights of grumpiness and Tylenol while those big teeth were popping though. Good luck to Tyler (and mommy) to get through this phase quick!
