DS enjoys one on one time with DH and I, playing with some toys (especially now that he can sit on his own), and playing in his exersaucer, but he likes to switch up activities pretty frequently or he seems to get bored. We go for walks when it's nice enough out, and I'll take DS on errands to get him out of the house if we don't have much going on.
What else do you do to spend quality time with LO at this age?
Re: What do you do for fun with your 6-month old?
Pretty much the same that you do. He likes to switch up activities pretty often as well, about every 20 minutes or so he is ready for something new.
Sometimes I can get a good stretch out of him by putting him in either the jumperoo or the infant seat and talk to him while I cook. He likes to watch all of the movement.
I took mine to the indoor pool (which happens to be heated really well) this weekend. He went crazy!
I also have a hiking backpack that he can go for hours in. LOVES it.
Now that the weather is nicer we go for walks a lot. He's also pretty content running errands are just being "out"...even if that means hanging out at a coffee shop.
I have an older child, so a lot of the time I can put him down and he is fascinated by watching his big brother.
I've never been able to go to story time at the library. Isaac ALWAYS sleeps naps right through them at home.

We walk around, play on the floor with her toys... lately I've been trying to mix it up because she's getting bored with her toys.
I've given her some pots to bang on, and we've been stacking her blocks so she can knock them down and she seems to love that.
He doesn't like tummy time, but we still do it.
He loves his jumperoo.
Lately he like sitting in his highchair to bang toys on the tray.
He doesn't sit yet, so we still play with him in his Bumbo.
