Yes We have one on Nutramigen and one on NeoSure. Once you get in a routine of giving two formulas, it isnt too hard. I just make sure to have everything laid out. It also helps that they smell VERY different

Yep, we have one who is allergic to milk and soy and she is on Neocate and the other is lactose intolerant and is on Similac Isomil Soy. When they switched we just went to making bottles 'to order' to avoid getting them mixed up - wasn't any more or less work by that time (4 months).
ETA: The one with the allergy is ALWAYS given her formula in a purple bottle - and cereal made with her formula out of a purple bowl.

Yep, Nathan was on soy thanks to his milk intolerance and resulting eczema, and Riley was on regular. We used the Gerber Nuk bottles and his bottles were always the green ones and hers were always the pink. Super easy.
We had one on Enfamil AR and one on a generic formula. We always did to order and each kid had their own bottol cap color yellow for one boys and blue for the other. We kept that when we bought their plates and bowls. At 5.5 they still use yellow and blue that way they can't fight over whose is whose.
I did for about 2 months when DS1 had to be on a special formula concoction while undergoing testing for a genetic disorder. It was annoying but not that big of a deal. We had 2 formula pitchers labeled and then labeled the bottle caps when they were poured.
DS is on Similac Alimentum for milk protein allergies and DD is on Enfamil. We use 2 different pitchers. It would definitely be easier if they were on the same formula.
Yep, DD is on generic Sam's sensitive, DS is on generic Costco (regular). I put a big X on the bottom of half my Dr. Brown bottles and DDs always goes in there so I don't ever get them confused.
We have a couple of times. First, due to A's reflux, we tried him on Alimentum to see if it would help... M remained on Advance. Didn't help, so both stayed on Advance. Then M had some stomach issues, and we put him on Sensitive for a couple of wks, but once it all cleared up, he went back to Advance. So much easier to have them on the same formula, IMO. A lot of times we'd make bottles, and by the time we got to the babies, we may have mixed the bottles and forgotten which was which! LOL Luckily we learned that they each had different consistency.

Yep - DD on regular with her stomach of steel...and DS on sensitive. Every time we tried to switch him back he spit up a ton. It can never just be easy!
We started out with DD on NeoSure and DS on Similac Advance. Luckily they are both now on the same formula which is not only easier but also cheaper because the NeoSure is more expensive. We use Dr. Brown's bottles and had a system to keep the bottles straight. DS's bottle was always on the left with the Dr. Brown's label out and DD's botte was always on the right with the measurement side of the bottle out.
Yes, from about 2 months to 7ish months they were on different formulas. Now they are on the same. I bought these cool name rubber bands from inchbug.com. At first I thought it would be a pain to do 2 separate formulas, but it really wasn't a big deal.
