Anyone try WALGREENS brand diapers for newborns? Just figure I'd ask and if anyone has tried and get your opinion. I bought a couple pkgs and think I'm gonna go get as much as I can.

About how many diapers do you go thru daily with NB triplets? or twins? (I can't remember for the life of me with DD!!!)

They are on sale this week $8.99 BOGO free. Their NB jumbo pkg is 42 diapers so 84 for $9 is good! I was so crazy about the diapers we used for DD, but with 3 to diaper all at once (4 with DD) I figure any savings is good!

I'm usually all about the generic brands but I do remember buying a pack of walgreen's NB diapers and wasn't really pleased with them. They weren't awful but just not as soft and as durable (had to change W brand a lot more than the Pampers Swaddlers).

I stuck with the Pampers Swaddlers for NB diapers (even though more expensive) and then made the generic switch (Target's Up & Up brand which we still use and love) once they got to size 1.

We went through about 30 diapers a day in the beginning, now, at 4 mos, we're down to about 18 a day.
We've never used the Walgreens brand, but we did get a few packs of store brands and haven't liked any as well as Pampers. You may not want to buy too many store brands until you find out what fits well on your babies. I have heard good thing about Target's Up & Up, but we haven't tried them yet.

We went thru about 350 NB/Premmie diapers (my boys were born at 37w3d).

Have you looked into Amazon Mom?

I see you're from Rochester, NY...me too!  Never tried the Walgreens brand but we like Pampers.  You should definitely try Amazon Mom for diapers.  I'm a member of the Rochester Mother of Twins club and I'll ask them if there is a local Triplets club.  They are great and super helpful.  They are having a garage sale next month and they have a ton of great stuff!!  PM me if you want

The only good diapers I have found are the Target Up and Up. I HATE walmart brand. I am into couponing now and even when buying in bulk with coupons the price per diaper is still much cheaper to buy Target and they are good quality.

I've never tried Walgreens brand.  I HIGHLY suggest using the Subscribe and Save feature with Amazon Mom.  You get 30% off all diapers, and free 2-day shipping.  If you sign up for parenting magazines (Baby Talk, American Baby, Parents, Parenting) there's always Amazon coupons for 20% off diapers (so 30% off, then another 20% off).  I LOVE the Amazon Mom deal.  The ONLY diapers I buy in store are night diapers (heavy wetters) and pull-ups for DS1, but I'm going to see what deals Amazon has on those too.  GL.

I seen this deal too, and snatched some up!!  I have used them the last couple days and no problems so far!  I will be going back for more before the sale is over!  They definately arent the best quality, but for the money...I can deal!!
