Ideas for increasing fluids?

Water is making me really sick (again).  Last time I could drink milk, but that sounds awful right now.

I know dehydration makes m/s worse - any ideas?

  • Water based soups/broth, crystal light, juice, fruit smoothies.

  • Add frozen fruit to water. The frozen fruit seems to flavor the water a bit more, without adding excess sugar. I am a big fan of raspberries.

    Oooo this is a good idea. I have some frozen strawberries and raspberries. I'll have to try this. Right now, I'm only managing small sips of water and I know I'm not drinking nearly enough.

  • Gatorade!  They have the lower cal G2 now which is good.  I haven't checked if it used artificial sugar.
