Hi All!!
Im over on the 6-9 board. I was very active before I got pregnant. (5-6 weeks/1.2-2 hr a time). Im still trying to loose the pregnancy weight... I go to the gym(not as often as Id like.) and am eating healthy. I am still EBF, and it has been a SLOW process. So Im thinking of trying an At home DVD. Change up my routine and something I can do everyday as well as the days I dont get to the gym. My question. Im heavy right now, but I do have endurence, is the shred and P90X for everyone? Or should I only do these DvDs to tone?

I agree with this, INSANITY is way better! I switched over from P90x to Insanity and I like it much better.
