Overdocumented

That's what my lawyer said I am when it comes to documentation of STBXH's criminal record, substance abuse, verbal abuse, and interaction with B and myself.

The ironic thing is that there are so many other documents I wish I could get my hands on but they're sealed by the courts.  Let's hope all that work sheds light on the situation as it really is!

    IMO, there is no such thing as overdocumenting. Its when you don't do it that it turns out you really should have.

    That's great that you have more than enough information from your lawyer's point of view!  I'm sure the judge will be able to see it too!  Good for you...and I agree there is no such thing as having too much documentation.
