missed a feeding

DD missed a feeding today. She slept through 2 of them. What do you ladies do when this happens? I'm trying to avoid the overnight feed.

    If I feed 1 twin, the other gets fed too so I have no idea what works if 1 skips a feeding. But... Can you clusterfeed later? Maybe she could go to bed later and have an extra feed in the evening.

    Yeah i messed up today. I should have woke her up after 4hrs between feedings but i lost track of the time. What exactly is clusterfeeding? Her next bottle is bedtime bottle at 7...maybe i should dreamfeed or just feed her when she wakes up tonight. One night shouldn't matter hopefully.

    Yah I don't think 1 night would matter. Clusterfeeding is just making multiple feeds close together. So you could try a feeding at 6 & 8pm. : )

    We have never missed a feed, but today, we were at the mall, and DD wouldn't take her bottle b/c there was so much distraction. So, she sort of missed a bottle. We'll just try offering her more ounces between now and bedtime. And, we essentially clusterfeed in the evenings. The babies get fed a 6 oz bottle around 4:45pm, solids at 5:30pm, and another 6-7 oz bottle at 6;45pm, so they are tanked up before bed.
