I think the name is very feminine and beautiful and I imagine the girl would be the same. Sarah is not my taste. Its very popular, a little too popular for me. I love Elise such a great name!
I like both of these names independently a lot... but, I am not keen on the combination of the two b/c I find it difficult to say b/c of the "uh" ending of Sarah and the "uh" start of Elise (unless you are planning on pronouncing it "ee-lees").
