I am looking for a childcare provider in the West End or Short Pump area. Any suggestions OR suggestions on where to look? I would love to find a great baysitter for at least the first year.

    I am in the same area. I don't have any recs for in home. Looks like we are going to go with Staples Mill Baptist CDC. For now anyway! What pediatrician did you go with?
