Godfather Sick with Flu

Goo so LO's baptism is on Sunday and on Tuesday my BIL was sick with the stomach flu. He actually stayed hope form work because of it. Usually this guy is never sick.  Of course he's our LO's godfather. Suggestions on how to keep LO healthy this weekend. I mentioned it to my DH who seemed to brush me off.  I've never been real particular about people washing hands etc with LO. I just have always been raised that if you're sick, been sick or getting sick you don't hold a baby.  I've heard of people putting up signs as you enter house about avoiding holding baby if you're sick.  I dunno if this would be seen as rude?  Hmm suggestions. I definitely don't want a baby with the stomach flu next week.

I know it can make you anxious to have LO around sick people but I swear babies are immune to everything.  Is she breasted? That makes it even better!

DD had STREP last week and before she was diagnosed she was smooching on DS.  He didn't get sick if that makes you feel any better.

I would try not to worry, I bet he will try to keep his distance.

Most people have enough common sense to not hold a baby if they are actively sick so you may not even have an issue.
