I've lost 3lbs since Monday.
So I guess making some changes does work. I have been mostly eating fruits, veggies, proteins and fats all week. Very little carbs, with the exception of what I eat with dinner. Eating every 2-3 hours. I don't feel like it's been all that much of a challenge -- or that I've made any kind of huge sacrifices.
Definitely encouraging to see that this morning!
