OP, if you're really serious, adding -lyn to something doesn't make it a name. It doesn't even make it a pretty name.

I would continue working on the first name. Andi could be short for: Andrea,Alexandra,Miranda,Amanda,Cassandra,Andela,Fernanda. Hope I helped

If having a "girly" first name is important to you, I would advise against Andelyn. It doesn't look girly. It looks like a mess.

I grew up with an Andelynn, so I am used to this name, but I agree with the poster that Miranda would be a good choice.

Go back to Alexandra. Or go with Andrea.

Andelyn looks weird and clunky and like something your kid will have to spell and respell 85 times a day throughout her life. "What? Mandolin? Amanda Lynn? Madeline? HUH?"
