It's a necklace - chain, beads, & ribbon it looks like.  Good job - my boobs would totally swallow that bad boy up though LOL

Very cute - I actually have a low-neck black top with a lightish blue ribbon around the waist that would look supah cute with that.

Bubbly's looked/looks gargantuan compared to that one.  I'm wondering if it's the angle!?

It's very pretty....now that I see it in perspective.  I am envisioning Bubbly's to be 6" wide across her chest and hanging around belly button length!
