So instead of having a "blonde moment", I attribute this moment to sleep deprivation. It just hit me today why DD doesn't like her swing. DH set it up to the older infant setting that is sitting straight up. I always thought it was sitting too far up for her, but it never occurred to me that I could change it since I didn't put it together. I'm so glad I figured it out though; I'm baby free for only the second time since 7 am! Anyone else having sleep deprived moments?
Re: Sleep deprived moment . . .
Yes I have definitely had a few sleep deprived moments... here are two examples just from today!
This morning I thought I was awake and sitting next to LO relaxing when all of a sudden he started crawling and I freaked out that he was going to fall off the couch, when I jumped up to "save" him I realized I was sleeping and it was all a dream! Whew, it's nice to know my month old isn't already crawling!
Then tonight I was picking up around the house and noticed there was a bottle sitting on the couch from LOs previous feeding and when I went to grab it I ended up grabbing the burp cloth. When I got to the kitchen sink I couldn't remember for the life of me what I was doing and why I had a burp cloth in my hand, so I put it in the laundry pile. A few minutes later I walked back to the living room and noticed the bottle still on the couch, which then helped me realize why I was in the kitchen earlier with a burp cloth. Oops!
