Okay, so there was a girl in college that was really cruel to me for no reason I knew of other than I was friends with the guy she dated BEFORE they met.

Anywho- she came up on my recommended friends because we have three mutual friends.

I took a peek- curiousity!

Apparently she has two kids one of each sex, and she has nothing but pictures of them both in costumes in toddler and tiara type settings and has listed as occupation "proud pageant mom".

I mean, really??  I am being judgey, I know- but who puts their LITTLE BOY in those things! I wouldn't put my daughter in them much less my son!

It kills me, after all of the negative press about stuff like that, that people still are proud of that.

I didn't know there was an option for boys.

My dad's new wife's daughter is a pageant girl. Her father supports the habit, my dad thinks it's total BS (maybe he's not so stupid, after all?). I hate seeing her pictures on FB. Such a waste of $$.

The kids are gorgeous, don't get me wrong, but these two can't be older than 4? 5 at most!! And the girl has BRIGHT red hooker lipstick on and the boy has foundation and blush.  It's just weird looking. 

They're in Georgia so maybe that explains it but still- I can't fathom doing that to my kids.  Their self image will be destroyed.
