Maternity Leave question?

Hello,

 

I was wondering if anyone knows maternity policies for small businesses.  The information that I found on the government website is a bit confusing.  I know that I do not qualify for FMLA because my company employs 5 people.  So what do I qualify for?

I work in a small office as well....You can file for short term disability. Thats about it. Otherwise, you need to speak to your boss to see what he or she is willing to give you, if anything. In an office that small, theyre not legally required to give any maternity. Sorry, i feel your pain! HAHA.

 

 I'm trying to save up my vacation and take it all at once, and i'm filing for shirt term disability. My boss does not offer maternity
