Enfamil (or generic) AR formula?

Our pedi just recommended an AR formula due to our LO spitting up a TON. I have done a little research online and read some reviews stating that it does work for the spit up, but is clumpy and clogs the nipple or that it causes horrible constipation. I am just wondering if anyone is using or has used an AR formula and what your experience is/was like? Thanks!

    We used Target brand and it was just fine. We use slow flow nipples since I BF as well and it did take him a little while longer to drink it down but it wasn't too bad. The Target Up&Up brand wasn't clumpy but you did has the rice starch residue left over in the bottle.

    Expect your LO to become constipated though! We had him on it for almost 2 weeks and decided to stop it because DS was just too plugged up. It didn't help the problem enough to trade it for another screaming problem.
