Our situation is a little different. We have IF, and DS1 took 18 months. DS2 took 11 (we started RIGHT away) DD was unexpected, and we found out about her before DS2 was 3 months.
My pregnancies were all different. I had MS with DS1 and DD, but not much with DS2. I had my appendix out with DD, and each was progressively harder on my body, but it could have been because they were so close together. DS 1 came at 35w, DS2 at 37, and DD at 33.
We are hoping to have two more in a few years, but my body needs a rest!
Apparently I'm very fertile because DS was conceived on the first try and DD was conceived while I was on birth control. My two pregnancies have been completely different, but it's mainly just harder on my body. I'm having a lot more (severe) round ligament pain and it's harder in general with having to pick up DS who weighs 27 lbs.
It took us 1 month with #1 and 3 months with #2. My pregnancies were almost identical... I swore #2 would have been a boy because of how similar they were (we were team green so I was pretty surprised)
DS1 took a year and a m/c. Since we already knew about my issues, DS2 took 3 rounds of fertility drugs and 9 months.
My pregnancies however, could not be more different. I SWORE this one was a girl because it was a total 180. With ds1, I was lucky if I threw up less than 5 times a day. I was on phenergan until almost 20 weeks, and had to go back on it in the third tri as well. This time, I even didn't throw up 6 times total. I had cholestasis with DS1, and this time my liver is looking totally normal. I am much more comfortable this time, he's much higher than his brother, his heartbeat is faster, even down to the fact with DS1 I couldn't LOOK at chicken - I lived on burgers. I didn't even buy it until he was 3 months OLD. This time around, I lived on chicken and couldn't LOOK at ground beef until about 20 weeks.
We never charted, etc. All 3 PG weren't planned - we weren't doing anything to prevent, but we weren't actively trying. I had no idea I was PG until my AF was late.
All 3 PG were the same.......no major differences.
Mommy to Barbara 11/8/05, Elisabeth 5/13/07, Loukas 12/23/08 and Lazarus 09/25/12
DS number 1 took two months, DS number 2 took zero months (surprise)! Thus far my pregnancies have been pretty similar. I've had a little round ligament pain with this one and I feel bigger/heavier sooner. I also think it's harder physically because I'm lifting a 26 lb toddler and chasing him around.
I got pregnant "accidentally" with both of them. Was doing the NFP method and it failed me twice. So technically it didnt take me any amount of time or trying.
Pregnancies were pretty much the same but second was more exhausting due to looking after DD. And with DD I was induced and with DS went into labor naturally after being a week overdue.
It took us 1 month with #1 and 3 months with #2. My pregnancies were almost identical... I swore #2 would have been a boy because of how similar they were (we were team green so I was pretty surprised)
Oooo See I feel the same way as I did with DS and I keep saying, eh' it's a boy it feels so the same.
Kinda excited you said this. Not that I wouldn't drool over another lil boy, I just would someday like to buy tights. LOL

It took just about the same for us. 2 clycles the first time and 1 cycle the second time. First trimesters were completely different but now everything is just the same, even the weight gain is exact.
With DS-I got pregnant on my 3rd cycle of trying. I charted.
WIth DD-I was charting to avoid (not taking temperature though, just follwing cycle length/CM). I got pregnant the only time we used the withdrawal method of BC that month at what should have been the end of my cycle. Oops.
Both pregnancies were identical in terms of symptoms.
DS1 took 2 months DS2 took the 1st month of trying. the pregnancies are SO different it's not even funny. if i didn't see a penis and balls, i'd swear this kid is a girl
With DS it took 19 cycles and fertility treatments. With DD, it took one time, with no post-partum AF.
The pregnancies were similar, but with DS I had tons of BH contractions that I didn't have with DD. DD was small and had low fluid, so I had tons of u/s and BPPs at the end with her. Otherwise, I felt the same!
6 months ttc for #1, got knocked up with #2 while on the mini-pill, 19 months apart. Very easy pregnancies both times, although I gained a lot more weight with #2.
Got pregnant the first try with both. Fertile mama! Pregnancies have been very similar. None to mild morning sickness, same cravings. But, I am carrying totally different with this one (way lower and more central) and I have bad sciatica this time around. Two and a half more months to go...
Got pregnant first month of unprotected sex. Miscarried that pregnancy and got pregnant with DD1 right after that, I didn't even get a period after just ovulated exactly 2 weeks after the miscarriage.
With my current pregnancy we have been having unprotected sex (not actively trying) since 6 weeks PP and my daughter was 15 weeks when we found out. I had once cycle before the pregnancy because I was breastfeeding for awhile so we never really tried and it wasn't hard at all!
I feel bad because my brother and his wife are actively trying by charting and have been for 4 months now with no success.. and my Husband and I can look at each other and become pregnant...
We didn't have to "try" for any of ours but as far as pregnancies go they were ALL drastically different from weight gain, to how I carried and how I was feeling, I never knew what to expect. But they all turned out happy and healthy, and that's what mattered to us!

I'm not quite sure about our first (took longer than a few cycles), but it took 4 cycles (3 months) before bfp with #2, and first cycle with #3.
eta: Each of my three pregnancies were pretty much identical.
