***Cross posted on the Gear Page*** but so many people around here have this stroller, I figure it's worth asking the local crowd DS is taking his first plane flight tomorrow. My initial plan was to moby wrap him for the journey, but the more I think about it, the more I think I want a stroller to push him around at the airports to get through security, during our layover, etc. I have to take his car seat anyway, so it's only the frame and adapter piece that are extra. Have you gate checked your uppababy vista frame? I am worried it's too big...I am also a little worried about how mad I'll be if it somehow gets broken :)TIA
We've never traveled with our Uppa (we go to IN and ME once or twice a year) and every time DH and I have said to each other how glad we were that we didn't. We always wear DD in a carrier. Taking the car seat is enough of a hassle IMO, I wouldn't add another piece of gear to haul.
We won't take ours when we fly. I am too worried about it getting broken. We used the car seat and snap n go when our son was a newborn, and plan to use an umbrella stroller for the trips we have planned this year.
Re: Uppababy Vista Users: Do you fly with your stroller?
TTC #1 Cycle 14 - IUI#1=BFN, IUI#2=BFP | TTC #2 Cycle 8=BFP!!

We have never taken our vista when we travel either. We purchased a cheap umbrella stroller for travel.
