Rash?

I just felt like pressure on my chest and I looked down and I have a rash all over my chest it pink and splotchy and my co workers scared me into thinking soemthing is wrong. Any thoughts on what this would be?

(I didnt eat or do anything different today)

I get a heat type rash that doesn't itch or hurt and is pink and splotchy. I randomly started getting it years ago, the dr told me to put anti fungal foot cream on it. It usually goes away within a day or so, moat of the time I don't even put the cream on and it goes away within a day.
