My post BF Boobs (.)(.)

Are deflated. Crying

Now that I'm done pumping they have definitely shrunk and now they just lay there like two pancakes. It's horrible. I know they will never be they same but I wish that there was some plumpness to them. Just a little perk.  Do you think building my muscles up (chest exercises) again will help? Anything?

    I totally feel your pain.  I'm getting very close to being done BFing and I refer to them as pancake boobs too.  I told my husband its like some old lady's boobs have been transplanted onto my body.  I never truly appreciated how outstanding my boobs used to be.  Crying  Aside from surgery, I don't think anything will help.

    You just described mine. I think my Medela pump took 2 cup sizes off my once perky ta ta's. Sad

    02/08 BFP resulted in m/c 4/10/08 (11 weeks)
    10/08 Clomid Cycle #1 = m/c 11/7/08 (6 weeks)
    03/09 Clomid Cycle #2 = BFN
    3 rounds of Femara + Ovidrel + IUI =BFN
    10/18/09 2nd Break Cycle (post HSG) before IVF #1 = BFP!

    I guess I should be grateful my boobs didn't change much with pregnancy or BF.  They're still small and sad.

    I was just about to write this!  My BBs seem so floppy & flat now.  I was lamenting to DH, but he said they look about the same & have always been floppy(!)  Bad Husband!  No boo for you!

    I am so scared of what's going to happen post-BFing.  Pregnancy ruined my body.  I have terrible stretch marks (I look like I got attacked by a wolverine)... I really can't handle the thought of my boobs deflating too.
