In the fall we changed DD's bedtime about 20 minutes per night on Fri., Sat. and Sun. so that by Monday we were back to her regular bedtime. She had a relatively easy time of it, but that may have been good luck. You could try shorter increments if you think she'll need more time to adjust - 4 nights of 15 min.?
You mean which WAY to move the bedtime, right? I was just about to ask the same question. I THINK we should be moving them earlier 15 min. or so a night, until Sunday, but if someone could confirm that would be great! I definitely need to make sure I go the right way!
