Daylight savings - remind me what to do

I royally screwed this up in the fall; can someone tell me what to do for Sunday?

Thanks!

Re: Daylight savings - remind me what to do

  • In the fall we changed DD's bedtime about 20 minutes per night on Fri., Sat. and Sun. so that by Monday we were back to her regular bedtime.  She had a relatively easy time of it, but that may have been good luck.  You could try shorter increments if you think she'll need more time to adjust - 4 nights of 15 min.?

  • You mean which WAY to move the bedtime, right? I was just about to ask the same question. I THINK we should be moving them earlier 15 min. or so a night, until Sunday, but if someone could confirm that would be great! I definitely need to make sure I go the right way!

  • Yep - you would move bedtime earlier each night.

  • Thank you ladies! I think I moved it earlier in the fall for some reason. It did not turn out well, as you can imagine!
  • Thanks for posting because I didn't realize DST was right around the corner.
